This is a black denim jacket by Dragon Denim with lace panels covered in beetles insects bugs. Very cool art to wear piece. It appears to be a retired style. These also appear to be handmade as the turnaround time for all their products is at least 10 weeks. I believe they take a denim jacket and then essentially up cycle them with the lace panels. Jacket made in USA. Cotton. Says machine wash, but I would hand wash or dry clean given the lace.
