@lois_schram I just noticed my reply to you is not showing - maybe I missed hitting the send button to post it. Sorry! Wasit on L is 16" flat lay and stretches to 20" comfortably. Elastic is all the way around on these.

@lisasc600 Hi They are a Lightweight woven fabric made from 92% Polyester | 8% Spandex. I had to check the tag twice to make sure I was reading it right because they are so light weight. lol

@lisasc600 a tad over 16" is what I get when I measure the Large lying flat. I have seen some sites list it as 17". That being said - there is a lot of elastic all the way around and the manufacture's website says the small is 13.875" and the way they go up in size is approx. an inch to an inch and a half each level. So, a medium would be a 15" and L would be 16.5". I can measure the med when I get back home later today.
