Originally purchased on ModCloth, like new and never worn Day of the Dead lotería a-line dress from Foster. Unfortunately never had the chance to wear this so doesn’t fit but in like new condition. The black waist line band has no give so best fits a true 13.5 across/27 inch waist or less inch waist.
