Made from a lightweight fabric that's partly semi-sheer, this off-shoulder gown from Givenchy has long sleeves and a ruffle-trimmed hem. It does have two hoops at the front neckline ( see last pictures) and you can use any chain or necklase, perl or rhinestone, and attach it to the hoops. Purchased at Last Chance, which is a Nordstrom Outlet store, still has their tag. There is no inside tag with an actual size, but the store tag says it is US 14. Please, check the measurements before purchase since I cannot confirm or deny it. By the size of the dress, I believe it to be 14. Thanks for looking!
