I cannot find the fiber tag but IMHO this is a wool and synthetic blend knit. It is lined. Slight stretch. It is not flimsey. It drapes very nicely and does swing when you walk. Perfect for girls (or boys) who like to show off their beautiful legs! Excellent condition! No flaws!
