the headband and pants say 0-3 but I think the shirt says 6-9? i bought it like this at TJ Maxx. It fit my daughter who was 50-60 perceptile when she was 6-7 mos. the headband never fit, but she has a huge head (97th percentile) minor wash wear. It came with the loose threads pictured.
