I purchased this along with the same design in indigo at a department store. It’s a lovely design, but it has only been tried on and kept in storage. I’m listing it as part of my decluttering process. I’d be happy if someone finds it useful. Denim, yarn-dyed checks, and tiny floral patterns. Made from Australian cotton, grown under plenty of sunlight, and woven in a double-weave structure, the fabric feels soft and lightweight against the skin. The intricate patchwork and delicate stitching were all done by hand. Worn alone, it gently lets the breeze through; layered, it provides soft warmth. It can be worn all year round and absorbs moisture well— another wonderful feature. With its front-opening frills, piping, and ties, each piece features a different pattern, making it a delight to look at— like a treasure chest of a kashukuru.
