4/$12 Ruffle Skort

This use to be one of my fave pieces of clothing. It is probably close to 15-20 years old. Has shorts underneath. a few loose threads. The ruffles are detached in a couple small areas but you cannot tell when it's on. The waist is super stretchy. There are a couple snags on the waistband but also not noticable when worn. Ask me questions if needed.
