4 FOR $40~Black Satin Ruffled Rhinestone Heels-

A gorgeous pair of black satin high heels by Dolce by Pierre. They have scalloped edges and the front has black satin ruffles with rhinestones in them. So cool! Very elegant & perfect for any black tie affair. I bought them as white and had them dyed black. They have never been worn. The only down fall is the inside paper cardboard (?) has lifted, but can easily be contact cemented back or I would do that or rip them out & the bottoms have a nice piece of felt for cushioning. They are an 8 1/2M
